Clicked on buy or add to shopping cart and have an empty shopping cart?

This is due to the settings of your computer. You will need to change the cookie settings so that the shopping cart can keep up to date with your purchases whilst your browsing. This is to ensure security of the order associated with your details. You will note in the ordering pages your IP address is listed. This is done by the fact that all computers broadcast their IP address automatically. We do not have adware or spyware on our web site and have no interest in acquiring information from your computer other than what you supply us to ensure security of the order associated with your details.

Changing cookie settings

Go into "Control Panel", then click on "Internet Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. Change the cookie settings and close the browser if it is already open and reopen it. close down Internet and control panel windows. Re start the web browser and you should be able to start purchasing. if it doesn't drop us a line and we will try to assist. We have set our test computer to 1st party as "Accept" and third party cookies on "Prompt". That way we have control over re-directions to other web sites. Be aware that we have links on our web site and setting the cookies to block will create an error message in your browser.
