Any product or product category that
has the icon is a product
provided by a distributor that has several branches Australia wide. If you
do not see this icon then those products should be returned to us. In some
cases some of our products, like Magellan, HP and Uniden can be taken to your
nearest authorised dealer for those products for warranty purposes. You do
not have to send any of our products back to the manufacturer. Some
manufacturers have an exchange program available where if your product fails
outside of the warranty period they will provide an exchange unit in the
vicinity of half to two thirds of the RRP cost of a new one. Exchange
units can be purchased through us. If you have any concerns or issues
regarding any aspect of our company, you can phone or e-mail us. Please
remember that we are in Perth, Western Australia, and therefore our business
hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday WST (10:30am to 7:00pm EST).
Emergencies or phone orders called outside those hours are accepted. You
may phone us on 08 9274 2373 or 041 888 0876. We check e-mails
daily, so, if you send an email outside of the specified hours, you may receive
a reply within hours of us receiving it.
All warranties are return to base (RTB), therefore we do
not pay for any freight incurred.
