HOLUX GR-550 Personal & Vehicle Tracking GPS
The GR-500 from holux is designed to provide multiple purposes including Emergency, Security and Locating. With a built-in GPS the unit is capable of providing personal or vehicular security by using the mobile phone network. Simply install a SIM Card with preset phone numbers, and depending on how you want to use it, it will send a message letting you or someone else know there is something wrong.
It's capabilities are extensive, You can set it up to automatically dial out on a time interval or when a person or vehicle is moved. An SOS button is for emergency situations thus providing personal safety no other device can provide. The unit will also let you know if the internal battery is low so that you can be rest assured that the unit is powered.
Scenarios
- You are packing valuables into a case or bag and you walk out the door to get into your car. Two theives threaten you and take your valuables before you can even get to your car. You make a phone call and the police catch them 15 minutes later. Luckily you had switched on the GR-500 and placed it in the case or bag before you walked outside.
- You need to take money to the bank, you switch on and place the GR-500 into the money bag. Just before you walk into the bank, a robber snatches the money from you. He is now being tracked!
- You are being stalked and you fear for your life, you are grabbed from behind and shoved into a car. You reach into your pocket and press the SOS button, the Police arrive and cutoff the driver, stopping him and arresting him.
- You think one of your drivers is taking little side jobs during working hours, but you don't want the hassle of wiring up a tracking GPS to the truck, so you place the GR-500 into the truck and track his whereabouts.
- You are worried about your kids after a spate of attacks, you give them a GR-500 and know they can be quickly attended to after the SOS button is pressed or if being tracked you see they are not reaching their destination.
Any scenario imaginable can benefit from a GR-500. High risk scenarios such as going to the bank or being stalked should seriously be given some kind of personal security and the GR-500 is the only option you have!
