Hire time includes 2 days of freight time. For example, if you hire it on a Monday and arrived at your location on the Tuesday then hire starts Tuesday. If the GPS arrives at our office on the Friday then you are not charged hire time for the Friday. This means you will only be charged for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you Hire it on the Monday, and it arrives Tuesday at your location and it returns on the Wednesday you will still be charged the minimum mandatory hire charge of two days. Picking up the device from our office allows for only one day free period.
When you hire any of our products, you use at your own risk and you will bare any cost from the use of the hired unit. Injury to yourself or others from an acident, damage, confiscation, theft, fire, act of God, flood, lightning or fines from using the device legally or illegally will be your responcibility, and therefore you will pay for any costs to repair/replace or return the hire unit in a condition at least equal to it's condition when taken by the courier or by yourself from our property. Hire immediately starts at the time you complete the online order process and finishes the moment we physically receive the hire unit at our office. We will require copies of your credit card details, driver's license, vehicle registration, physical address, landline and mobile phone number. To recoup any monies required by either late returns or repair/replacement of the hired unit we will process your creditcard on either return of the unit or when the unit is not able to be returned through whatever means including confiscation, theft, fire, act of God, flood, lightning or any other causes outisde of our control. We reserve the right to not accept the hire. Pressing the accept button at the end of the online order process means you accept the above terms and conditions.
