The growth of Digital Cameras has been phenominal. So much so, Kodak recently announced it is pretty much dropping the traditional film type camera and pumping out more digital cameras for the masses. Prices versus specifications has been impressive. A junior here recently purchased a Samsung 3.2 Mega Pixel (MP) digital camera for under $200. A year ago it was double that price. Doesn't mean any current users have a camera that is not up to scratch just that they spent a bit more than desirable. An associate bought a 2 MP Kodak Digital camera some 3 years ago and does a fantastic job. The difference today is the Samsung also takes 10 second (default) videos. Although there is no sound the frames per second rate (fps) was enough to provide a clean motion picture making the camera versatile. If you need to take more video shots of your sporting moments or personal mini videos of a wedding then the standard expansion slot is your friend.
