DTV on your PC

People are talking about the new Digital TV revolution.  The federal government are forcing the change over from analogue to digital and TV stations are working overtime to create content that can eminate from such technology.

So, what is DTV (Digital Television) and what's the difference between standard definition (SDTV) and hi definition (HDTV) anyway?
